Quality Assurance Policy

Quality Assurance Pol cy The following declarations have been accepted as the "QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY" based on sustainable development in line with Bartin University's and the Faculty of Education's respective missions, visions, core values, and strategic objectives;
1. To train teachers who are entrepreneurs, quali ed, professionally competent, open to development and innovation, equipped to take part in national and international studies/projects, make social contributions, have social responsibility awareness, become lifelong learners, and adopt the ethical principles of the teaching profession with a student-centered education approach,
2. To increase quality by strengthening physiological and psychological well-being and resilience, considering sustainable development goals in education and training, research and development and social contribution activities carried out in our faculty,
3. Establish a safe, inclusive, healthy, resilient, sustainable, and peaceful learning and working environment,
4. To ensure the national and international recognition of the faculty through partnerships to be developed in the context of strategic goals and sustainable development goals and indicators related to quality education,
5. To increase peace, justice, sense of belonging, and stakeholder satisfaction by establishing an e ective, accountable, and inclusive institutional climate based on a participatory administrative approach,
6. Thus, transforming quality into an institutional culture.
